Lead Care Professional Where Compassion Meets Excellence At, we are looking for experienced caregivers who want to make a greater impact through leadership, consistency, and exceptional client care. Lead Care Pros help create stability for clients, families, and fellow Care Professionals by supporting Starts of Care, caregiver transitions, and high-quality client experiences — while continuing to provide hands-on care. If you are dependable, adaptable, encouraging, and passionate about excellent care, we would love to meet you. What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional non-medical care and companionship
• Support new client Starts of Care
• Help stabilize higher-need client situations
• Assist with caregiver transitions and shadow shifts
• Mentor and support fellow Care Professionals
• Communicate with Scheduling, HR, and Client Care teams
• Build strong relationships with clients and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of caregiving experience preferred
• Dementia/Alzheimer’s experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Dependable, professional, and solutions-focused
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
