BAYADA’s Direct Support Professionals DSPs work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. We are part-time and provide flexibility with scheduling through various shift locations and times. We are urgently hiring for Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in the following areas: Cornelius, Huntersville area M-F days & evenings (day shifts generally in the morning. Evening shifts start around 4pm and end around 9pm.)
