Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, minor repairs, preventive maintenance, and general building upkeep to ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning facility. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.Diagnose and complete minor repairs in a timely and efficient manner.Assist with preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment performance and extend the life of building systems.Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards.Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable health and safety regulations.Assist with painting, cleaning, and general upkeep of the building, grounds, and common areas.Operate, maintain, and properly store maintenance tools and equipment.Respond to maintenance requests and work orders as assigned.Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance and repair activities.Support facility improvement projects and other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Previous maintenance, facilities, or building maintenance experience preferred.Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair techniques.Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions as needed.BenefitsCompetitive payHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysRetirement savings planThis is a Permanent position based out of Plymouth, MA.The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $53000.00/yr.
