As a Talent Sourcer / Junior Recruiter, you will play a key role in building the talent pipelines needed to support the organization's continued growth across multiple functions. You will focus on identifying, engaging, and screening high-potential candidates for sales positions across 17 territories, as well as roles in general administration, operations, product, and engineering. Working closely with the senior recruiter, hiring managers, and talent coordination team, you will help ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates. • Sales Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across 17 sales territories, mapping regional talent pools and proactively identifying qualified candidates ahead of hiring needs.
• Cross-Functional Sourcing: Source candidates for general administration, finance, operations, people, product, and engineering positions, adapting sourcing strategies to the specific requirements of each role.
• Candidate Outreach and Engagement: Develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels. Test messaging approaches, monitor response rates, and continuously optimize engagement strategies.
• Initial Candidate Screening: Conduct first-round phone interviews, evaluate candidates against established selection criteria, and provide clear, structured notes to support efficient decision-making.
• Pipeline Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and deliver weekly reports on pipeline coverage, candidate quality, outreach performance, and progress across open requisitions and sales territories.
• Recruiting Collaboration: Partner with the senior recruiter, hiring managers, and talent coordinator to ensure a smooth candidate handoff, share market intelligence, and strengthen recruiting strategies.
• Performance and Continuous Improvement: Establish measurable sourcing objectives with your manager during the first 90 days, then take ownership of pipeline coverage and quality metrics, including candidate progression and hires generated through your sourcing efforts.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: 1–3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or agency recruitment, ideally with a demonstrated ability to build candidate pipelines for sales positions across multiple geographic regions.
• Sourcing Expertise: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other tools for identifying and engaging relevant talent.
• Recruiting Technology: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Rippling or Ashby, or comparable recruiting platforms.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create personalized, compelling outreach messages that establish authentic connections with candidates.
• Analytical Approach: Ability to track sourcing metrics, assess pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and adjust strategies based on data and results.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions, candidate pipelines, and priorities simultaneously.
• Ownership and Initiative: A proactive, results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently, take responsibility for outcomes, and continuously improve recruiting processes.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Work Arrangement: Ability to work remotely within the United States and travel occasionally to Carlsbad, California, as business needs require.
