  • Run shifts effectively to ensure top-notch food quality and guest service
  • Lead by example and mentor team members to foster a high-performing team
  • Ensure compliance with operational and food safety standards
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated passion for the industry and strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • A friendly and welcoming personality
  • 1-2 years of restaurant experience preferred
