Sr. Project ManagerBJC Clinical Informatics Department is hiring for Sr. Project Manager. This role supports complex, enterprise-wide nursing informatics initiatives that advance patient care, clinical workflows, and operational performance. The Sr. PM partners with nursing, operational, and IT leaders to drive strategy execution, ensure successful adoption of clinical systems (e.g., EHR, communications platforms), and deliver measurable outcomes across the health system. Project assignments, team size and duration will vary and can be large in scope, complexity and strategic alignment.Performs and manages tasks and team members related to:Project scoping, planning, execution, analysis and trackingChange managementTeam facilitationRisk/issue identification and mitigationStakeholder tollgates/reportsConducts training in project management consistent with PMI and PMBOKResponsibilitiesResponsible for expert level application and knowledge transfer of project management.Performs and manages tasks and team members related to:Project scoping, planning, execution, analysis and trackingChange managementTeam facilitationRisk/issue identification and mitigationStakeholder tollgates/reportsConducts training in project management consistent with PMI and PMBOKProvides leadership to project teams in the interpretation, development and implementation of an assigned project.
