Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care in Dubuque, Iowa, is available for a travel assignment. Start date 09/28/2026 for several weeks, with guaranteed 40 hours per week on rotating schedules in a LTC - Nursing Home setting. Weekly pay ranges from $1,524 to $1,593 per week.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders and delegation
- Monitor residents’ health status, document findings, and report changes to the supervising nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility to support comfort and safety
- Perform routine nursing procedures and basic wound care as directed
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and ensure charting is up-to-date
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality, safety, and continuity of care

Requirements
- Active LPN license in Iowa (or eligible to obtain licensure in Iowa)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Education: LPN diploma from an approved program
- Experience: Long-term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred
- Skills: Strong documentation and communication; ability to work in rotating shifts and adapt to a changing schedule
