Job Opportunity: Nurse Manager of Emergency Services

Our organization in San Antonio, TX, is on the lookout for a dedicated Nurse Manager to oversee the Emergency Department (ED). This pivotal role is essential for driving both clinical and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the unit, ensuring efficient staffing and patient flow.
Guarantee the delivery of safe, high-quality, and evidence-based emergency care.
Mentor and develop nursing personnel, fostering their education and competency.
Collaborate with physicians and support teams to improve coordination and enhance the patient experience.
Oversee budgeting and implement quality and safety initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support performance improvement efforts.

Requirements and Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
Previous experience in emergency services or a related field.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
