Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual and business client needs. Provide expert advice on investments, retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, and risk management. Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships based on trust and exceptional service. Conduct regular financial reviews to assess client portfolios and recommend adjustments as necessary. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver holistic financial solutions. Stay informed of market trends, regulatory changes, and new financial products to ensure clients receive current advice. Mentor junior advisors and contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm’s advisory processes. Established Portable Book of Business: Must possess an active, portable book of business generating a minimum of $50 Million in AUM and/or $500,000 in gross annual revenue (GDC or advisory fees). Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CFP or CFA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a financial advisor or similar role within the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning principles, tax laws, and estate planning techniques. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly. Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and grow a client base. Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail. High ethical standards and commitment to acting in the best interests of clients at all times.
