Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation.
• Experience with WellSky EMR.

Assignment Details

• 40 hours per week.
• Schedule preference is 5 days per week, with Wed-Sun or Sat-Wed options.
• Monday-Friday schedule may be considered with rotating weekend coverage 1-2 times per month.
