We are currently looking for a Board Eligible or Board Certified Radiation Oncologist to become part of our team in Quincy, Illinois.

• A collaborative group of 4 highly skilled oncologists, supported by an exceptional team that includes nurses, radiation technicians, social workers, IV technicians, infusion nurses, pharmacists, a dosimetrist, and a physicist.

• Access to cutting-edge technology, including an on-site linear accelerator and PET CT.

• Flexible work schedule with the possibility of remote work one day a week.

• A strong internal referral network to enhance patient care.

• Physician involvement in clinical decision-making, scheduling, and staffing processes.

• Utilization of Epic EMR for efficient patient management.

Our organization prioritizes teamwork between physicians and operational leaders. Administrative teams handle the operational aspects, compliance, and contracting, enabling clinicians to dedicate their efforts to patient care.

• Base salary ranging from $620,000 to $650,000.

• Total target compensation of $650,000 to $800,000+, including performance incentives.

• Sign-on bonus, relocation support, loan forgiveness, and a CME allowance.

• Coverage for licensure and certification renewal fees.

• MD or DO degree.
