There’s no one like you and that’s why there’s nowhere like RSM.The Financial Due Diligence Manager is responsible for performing financial due diligence for clients involved in acquisitions and divestitures, preparing detailed financial analyses, and interacting with top-level management to gather pertinent information. This role also involves using various software tools, collaborating with other functional areas such as tax and audit, and assisting in the preparation of proposals and engagement letters.
