*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive patient care across diverse healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nursing practices, with experience in skilled nursing medicine, emergency care, and outpatient services. *Responsibilities*

* Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation.
* Administer medications, injections, and therapies accurately and safely in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
* Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes efficiently.
* Monitor patients physiological responses and modify care plans as needed to promote recovery and stability.
* Assist in emergency situations by providing immediate interventions such as airway management or trauma stabilization.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and department heads.
* Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient confidentiality and handling medical records securely.
* Support infection control protocols and ensure adherence to safety standards within clinical environments.
* Demonstrate proficiency in anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to accurately interpret clinical data and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
* Participate in ongoing training and care procedures in geriatric care settings.

*Qualifications*

* Valid licensure as an LPN or RN with current state certification or registration.
* Prior experience preferred but we welcome new graduates!
* Demonstrated expertise in skilled nursing medicine, outpatient rehabilitation, in-facility rehabilitation.
* Proficiency with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and EHR systems for accurate medical documentation.
* Strong knowledge of vital signs assessment, anatomy, physiology, and medication administration protocols.
* Ability to perform venipuncture, injection administration, wound care and other clinical procedures competently.
* Experience working with diverse patient populations including geriatrics or those requiring infectious disease care.
* Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments.
