What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist customers, address their questions, and help guide them toward the vehicle that fits their lifestyle and budget
• Offer test drives to all prospects and follow dealership procedures for verifying identification
• Present vehicle features, performance specs, and available options in a clear and engaging way
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as set by the sales manager
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance to spot areas for improvement
• Stay sharp on Ford product knowledge across the full vehicle lineup

What We're Looking For

• Prior automotive sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a collaborative team member
• Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to complete a background check
