Opportunity:

RN - Pediatric PACU

Job Details:

• Evening/Night shifts available in 8, 10, or 12-hour increments
• Shift times of 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM with flexibility
• Schedule options: Monday through Friday or Sunday through Thursday
• No on-call responsibilities for scheduled shifts
• At least 2 years of pediatric PACU experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Travel experience required
• Travelers are required to float as needed
• Must be located more than 50 miles from the facility
• Responsible for independent peri-anesthetic management of complex surgical and procedural inpatient/outpatient pediatric populations
• Care for a varied caseload of surgical and procedural patients across age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, and adults
• Must pass a Telemetry exam prior to start with a passing score of 80% or higher (two attempts allowed)
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS and PALS (AHA only)
• Wisconsin RN or compact RN license required

The facility provides specialized care in a healing environment designed specifically for pediatric patients and their families, and is home to a Level One Pediatric Trauma Center and a Level IV NICU. The organization offers comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more.
