Medical Laboratory Technologist

Pride Health is hiring a Medical Lab Tech to support our client’s medical facility based in Menomonee Falls, WI 53051 . This is a 13-week assignment with a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Job Title Medical Lab Tech Location Menomonee Falls, WI 53051 Weekly Blended Pay $1,700.00/week - $1,986.00/week Work Schedule Work 7 consecutive 10-hour night shifts, followed by 7 days off Schedule Details 70 hours every 2 weeks Job Responsibilities Perform laboratory testing with minimal supervision using established protocols. Conduct quality control, instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective actions. Process specimens and perform blood collection (phlebotomy) as needed. Interpret and verify test results, investigate abnormal findings, and communicate issues promptly. Maintain laboratory equipment and documentation. Utilize LIS and EMR systems. Train new employees and students. Participate in quality improvement and continuing education. Required Qualifications Associate's Degree in Laboratory Science or Medical Laboratory Technology (or qualifying military training). ASCP MLT or MLS certification (or equivalent) is required.
