Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily facade installation activities on site
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Read and interpret shop drawings, plans, and specifications
- Ensure proper installation of curtain walls, aluminum systems, glass panels, and cladding
- Monitor workforce productivity and allocate tasks efficiently
- Enforce site safety regulations and company safety policies
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and resolve on-site technical issues
- Ensure materials and tools are available and properly used
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in facade, glazing, or cladding works
- Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems and installation methods
- Ability to read technical drawings and shop drawings
- Leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA or equivalent)
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in facade or construction work
- 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role

Recently completed are the hard rock stadium, Hollywood, FL and All aboard Florida in Miami. The guitar-shaped hotel at the Hard rock casino at Hollywood is our signature project.
