Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionJob Description:-At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test DesignAt least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting.At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology and Test Delivery in which at least 4 years of experience in Performance TestingAt least 4 years of experience in Performance testing, analysis (client side and server side) and reporting Skills.At least 3 years of experience in non-functional requirements with various stakeholdersAt least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test Design; Solid experience in preparation and execution of Performance test scriptsAt least 4 years of experience in tools like HP Load Runner, HP Diagnostics, DynaTrace or CA Introscope along with Open Source and Native Performance tools for Web/App and DB layersAt least 3 years working knowledge in debugging of performance scripts, identification of performance issues using monitoring tools; Interaction with various stake holders for performance issue resolution.At least 3 years of experience of PT phases and pre-requisites for data setupAbility to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Ability to lead/handle a team up to 10 core engineers from local or remote place is expected.Experience with Financial domain is preferred.Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Analytical skills Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentQualificationsBasic Qualifications :-Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
