Registered Nurse - Full Time, ICU

The primary shift is 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM, with a combination of 12- and 8-hour shifts as needed. This position includes every third weekend and holiday rotation. The RN provides high-quality, patient-centered care while ensuring safety, collaboration, and professionalism across all aspects of patient treatment.We’re excited to offer a $6,000 sign-on bonus for this position.QualificationsGraduate of an accredited School of NursingCurrent Ohio RN license requiredACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications requiredTwo or more years of hospital critical care and/or emergency department experience preferredAbility to recognize and interpret electrocardiographic informationKnowledge and experience managing ventilator patientsSkilled in assisting with invasive procedures and setting up necessary equipmentDemonstrates initiative, enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong communication skillsIndependent thinker with a commitment to teamwork, confidentiality, and exceptional customer serviceKey ResponsibilitiesProvide direct and comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients and assist in other departments as neededAssess patient needs, plan and coordinate individualized care, and evaluate treatment outcomesMaintain a safe, efficient, and patient-focused environmentCollaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless careAdhere to all nursing standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirementsPromote patient advocacy, safety, and improved health outcomes through evidence-based careServe as a role model for professionalism and teamwork within the unit #J-18808-Ljbffr Wyandot Memorial Hospital
