Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Gilead Community Services

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Oak Hill has been enhancing the lives of people with disabilities since 1893! We invite you to join our team of highly committed professionals. Founded in 1893 by trailblazer and visionary, Emily Wells Foster, Oak Hill has over 129 years of experience providing the highest quality services to people with varying disabilities. Oak Hill sets the standard, partnering with people with disabilities, to provide services and solutions promoting independence, education, health, and dignity.

Oak Hill seeks a passionate and experienced recruitment professional to serve as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Gilead Community Services, our affiliated mental health organization.

You will be employed by Oak Hill but will work directly within Gilead, serving as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert for recruiting talent at all levels of the organization, with a primary focus on clinical, licensed, specialized, and leadership roles.

Why This Role Matters

For over 50 years, Gilead has delivered high-quality, person-centered services that support recovery, independence, and community integration. Unlike large healthcare systems, our work is grounded in real relationships. We know our clients by name, and we put their needs first, even when the system doesn't make that easy.

This is an opportunity to embed yourself in the unique recruitment needs of our organization, developing a deep understanding of leadership expectations, team culture, and service delivery models to enable more accurate candidate assessment, stronger hiring partnerships, and improved quality of hire. You'll partner closely with our executive and senior leaders to meet the complex and evolving workforce needs, while advancing the organization's talent acquisition strategy.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for clinical, licensed, professional, and leadership roles, including Director-level and senior management positions.
  • Partner with executive and senior leaders as a trusted advisor, providing consultative guidance from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
  • Design and implement strategic talent acquisition initiatives aligned with clinical and leadership workforce needs.
  • Recommend improvements to recruitment processes, tools, and policies to support hiring at all levels of the organization.
  • Track and report on metrics for labor market trends, competitive intelligence, and internal data to inform recruitment and workforce planning strategies.
  • Build and deepen relationships with universities, professional associations, executive networks, and clinical training institutions.
  • Advance the organization's position as an employer of choice for clinical professionals and organizational leaders.
  • Collaborate with HR and organizational leadership to support retention strategies, succession planning, and workforce development.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and informal mentorship to junior Talent Acquisition Partners.

  • Have a reputation as a trusted advisor. You're able to partner with executives and senior leaders on workforce and talent strategies, effectively influencing hiring decisions through expertise, data, and market insight.
  • Love a good challenge. You appreciate that no two recruitment efforts are the same and find excitement in designing creative solutions for hard-to-fill clinical and leadership roles.
  • Are always improving. You don't just settle for good enough. You look for ways to enhance recruitment effectiveness and scalability while balancing organizational priorities, financial considerations, and operational impacts of hiring decisions.
  • Want to make a difference. You've previously worked at a nonprofit or human-focused organization or are ready to bring your skills to a mission-driven setting.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, demonstrated success recruiting for specialized and leadership-level roles.
  • Experience delivering a high level of customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process required.
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services preferred.

What We Offer:

  • Hybrid work.
