Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner- Cleveland Crocker Park

$60/hr base + $5/hr weekend differential

Our brand new Crocker Park location is opening on June 17th! However, there is opportunity to start sooner! The anticipated start date will be June 1st!

You'll be the clinical expert patients trust to achieve results they didn't think were possible without surgery — owning every treatment relationship from first consult through long-term results.

What You'll Own

Your patient's full clinical journey — from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results. You'll build relationships with patients who come back because of you, not just the brand. Day-to-day: performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments; conducting consultations; designing individualized treatment plans; documenting accurately; and partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor. You'll work with a custom EMR built for LaserAway — fully digital and designed to simplify charting so you stay focused on patients, not paperwork. And as we continuously add the latest FDA-cleared technologies to our treatment menu, you'll always be practicing at the forefront of aesthetic medicine.

Who Thrives Here

TRACK A - CLINICAL BACKGROUND

• Current NP license (state-issued)
• 1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg)
• Eager to build aesthetics skills — full training provided

TRACK B - AESTHETICS BACKGROUND

• Current NP license (state-issued)
• 2+ years in aesthetics practice
• Looking for structure, volume, and a growth path
• Professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered
• Weekend availability required
• Comfortable in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15-25 patients per day.

Schedule & Coverage

• 4-5 days per week with 5-6 weekend shifts required per month
• Weekends are part of this role; evenings may apply depending on clinic hours
• Work at up to 2 assigned locations within a 30 mile radius.

Compensation & Benefits

• $60/hr base + $5/hr weekend differential
• Full-time hours (approx. 36–40 hrs/week) — estimated $124,000–$135,000 annually at full-time
