Join our team at Adecco as a dedicated Machine Operator in a dynamic manufacturing environment located in Monroe, NC . This role offers competitive pay at $18.50/hr. and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced setting that values precision and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor assembly equipment, including Gel, Cap Assembly, and Holder production lines, to ensure safe and efficient production.

• Meet production, quality, and performance goals by monitoring operations and adjusting as needed.

• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and report issues promptly to minimize downtime.

• Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

• Accurately record production and quality information and maintain required documentation.

• Replenish materials and components to support continuous production.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Assist with equipment cleaning, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 1-2 years of manufacturing and machine operation experience.

• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.

• Good communication abilities.

• Basic understanding of computer systems.

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  Rotating schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, followed by 3 days on

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
  Rotating schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, followed by 3 days on

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
