Ford Certified Service TechnicianHilbish Ford is looking for an experienced Ford Certified Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate needs strong diagnostic skills, and is comfortable working on a variety of models. We're a busy shop with a steady workflow, and we know our success starts with the technicians in our service department. If you're the type of technician who takes pride in fixing things right and enjoys solving tough problems, we'd like to talk with you!Automotive Service Technician Compensation and Benefits:Competitive PayHealth InsurancePTO401(K)Automotive Service Technician Responsibilities:Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs.Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.Other duties assignedAutomotive Service Technician Requirements:Previous experience as an auto technician preferredKnowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenanceFast, eager learner and team playerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service skillsComputer skills and willingness to learn new problemsAbility to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentClean driving record & valid driver’s licenseMust pass pre-employment background screeningsWhy Capital?Because great careers start with the right environment.
