As a Security Officer Patrol in Robards, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with customers and team members, respond to concerns, and support a welcoming environment. Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and store team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, stock areas, parking areas, and property perimeter, with working conditions varying by location.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, potential hazards, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Help to deter theft, unauthorized access, and disruptive behavior through a professional presence and timely reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
