Plumbing Salesperson We are actively hiring a Plumbing Salesperson to join our team of dynamic, creative, and dedicated professionals who are committed to providing exceptional customer service every day. In this role you will act as an in‑home consultant—advising homeowners, designing tailored solutions, and selling plumbing repair options. Potential earnings: $75,000–$150,000+ with warm leads provided. Diagnose issues in customers’ homes, including repiping, water heaters, sewer replacements, galvanized line work, rerouting, and more. Drive new sales while maintaining the company’s standards for integrity and customer care. Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that generate high, referral‑based sales. Present product solutions confidently using product knowledge and sales expertise. Educate potential customers on the value of our services, including special promotions, financing options, etc. Accurately document services performed and recommendations using required forms and reports. Attend scheduled appointments with customers and provide professional, solutions‑based guidance. Represent the company in a manner that aligns with our core values and exceptional customer service. Qualifications 2–3+ years of sales experience (plumbing and/or water treatment highly desired). 3–5+ years in the plumbing industry, including knowledge of plumbing codes. Journeyman or Master plumbing license is a bonus but not required. Exceptional listening skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with effective presentation abilities. High integrity and the capability to promote a positive company image. Results‑driven mindset, thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment. Willingness to work in tight spaces and at heights, including attics, garages, crawl spaces, and roofs, in various weather conditions (hot, cold, wet).
