Overview
Respiratory Therapist (Registered) – Norfolk, Virginia. This travel assignment begins 07/27/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. You’ll work a 3x12-hour day shift with guaranteed 35 hours per week in a skilled nursing facility setting. Compensation is $1,574 to $1,627 per week.

Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care to patients per physician orders, including initial assessment and ongoing monitoring
- Administer inhaled medications, oxygen, aerosol therapies, and airway clearance techniques
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment (oxygen delivery systems, ventilators, suction devices)
- Assess patient response to therapy, document findings, and adjust treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with nursing and multidisciplinary teams; participate in rounds and maintain patient safety and infection control

- Willingness to commit to a travel assignment with guaranteed 35 hours weekly
