Registered Nurse, Inpatient RehabilitationARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Inpatient Rehabilitation (Day Shift) in Omaha, Nebraska.Location: Omaha, NEAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule/Shift: 3x12 hour Day Shift, with hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.Job Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for maintaining the delivery of quality care by ensuring that the nursing care plan is adhered to. The RN will supervise Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants while providing direct patient care within the inpatient rehabilitation setting.Responsibilities:Perform a nursing assessment on all patients within 8 hours of admission, forming the basis for an individualized plan of care.Identify teaching needs and goals related to each patient's diagnosis.Participate in the patient rehabilitation program and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.Communicate pertinent information regarding changes in patient status to support continuity of care.Supervise and provide direction, training, and support to other nursing staff and ancillary personnel.Assume charge responsibilities as needed after the orientation period.Engage in professional development through continuing education and self-study.Required Experience:Minimum of two years of bedside clinical experience is highly desired.Certifications/Licensure:BLS certification required prior to the first shift.ACLS certification required prior to the first shift (CIRH only).About ARMStaffing:Founded in 2011 and a member of the ARGroup, LLC, ARMStaffing connects dedicated nurses and allied health professionals with the facilities that need them most.
