Work Environment\n

This remote role offers you the flexibility to work from home while engaging with clients through secure telehealth technologies. You'll have the autonomy to create a work schedule that suits your lifestyle, primarily working Monday to Friday during standard business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Our virtual platform is equipped with tools that facilitate effective client communication and documentation, ensuring you have the resources necessary to provide exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage and maintain a balanced caseload while utilizing flexible scheduling to meet your clients' needs effectively.

• Receive ongoing client referrals and marketing support to help grow your practice within our collaborative environment.

• Conduct initial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique challenges of each client.

• Utilize telehealth technologies to deliver psychotherapy sessions and ensure a seamless client experience, including real-time insurance verification and billing processes.

• Engage with clients using various digital tools to promote their participation and investment in their own mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC with We Level Up, you will work with a diverse range of clients who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. You will foster a supportive and empathetic environment that promotes healing and growth, while utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to facilitate improvement in client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• An active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC) license for practice in California.

• Proficiency with technology and comfort with virtual interactions and online therapeutic methods.

• Ability to conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document therapeutic progress effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
