You will lead onboarding, financial aid navigation, career exploration, and peer-mentorship programs to boost belonging and persistence among underrepresented students. You will supervise three part-time Peer Mentors, collaborate with Financial Aid and Career Services, and support Plans of Action for students balancing academic commitments.
