About the Role

The Company is seeking Senior Managing Directors for its investment banking division. The successful candidates will be tasked with originating and leading M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements. This role requires the development and expansion of relationships with a diverse range of clients, including business owners, executives, private equity sponsors, family offices, and strategic acquirers. The ideal candidates will have a strong and demonstrable origination track record, at least 15 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate finance, and a consistent history of sourcing, marketing, and closing middle-market transactions. Strong leadership, business development, relationship management, and team-building capabilities are essential, as is the ability to generate significant annual fee revenue and operate as a market-facing leader. Candidates for the Senior Managing Director position should be current in a similar senior role or have a background as a Managing Director or Director with a focus on revenue generation. The role is particularly suited to individuals with deep sector expertise and a significant network of relationships in the business services, technology, healthcare, industrials, consumer, or aerospace and defense sectors. The successful candidates will be expected to mentor and develop junior and mid-level investment banking professionals, as well as collaborate with sector and product specialists to deliver the best client solutions.
