Behavioral AnalystThe Behavioral Analyst is responsible for the assessment, development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized behavioral support plans for individuals receiving services through Northern Lakes CMH Authority. This role focuses on supporting individuals with mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and co-occurring disorders by utilizing evidence-based behavioral interventions to improve functioning, reduce maladaptive behaviors, and enhance quality of life.Essential functions include conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments, developing individualized person-centered Behavior Support Plans and Behavior Treatment Plans, presenting behavioral plans to committees, providing ongoing monitoring and consultation, and ensuring appropriate use of behavioral interventions.Qualifications include being credentialed and qualified to provide services within this discipline, holding a license or certification as a BCBA in the State of Michigan, and having a master's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field. Experience working with individuals with mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities, or co-occurring disorders is also required.Salary range is $71,663 – $81,663.
