Key Exciting Responsibilities Architect Intelligent Workflows: Identify and implement AI‑driven solutions to automate and streamline core OTI processes, transforming manual project tracking, reporting, documentation, and coordination into intelligent, scalable systems. Coordinate Innovation events: Act as the primary coordinator and point person for high‑profile global events. Drive Data‑Backed Insights and Reporting: Use AI‑powered analytics to automate project tracking and generate predictive reports for OTI leadership and stakeholders. Curate Digital Content: Own and maintain internal web pages using AI tools for content generation and automated summarization. Coordinate Innovation Projects and Portfolio: Coordinate and monitor a diverse portfolio of innovation projects, data analytics initiatives, and emerging technology research. Use AI‑powered tools to track timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies, and generate predictive insights for leadership and stakeholders. Essential Skills & Experience Dynamic Project Coordination: Early experience in project management, operations, or coordination within a fast‑paced technology environment. Process‑Oriented Thinking: A keen interest in improving how work gets done, with a focus on leveraging AI and automation to design more efficient workflows. This compensation range is based on a full‑time schedule.
