Commercial Demand and Fulfillment Manager
Intuitive Surgical
This position manages global logistics execution for surgical system installations, overseeing inventory, customer deliveries, and process improvements across multiple regions. The role leads a team of coordinators while communicating complex operational updates to leadership and cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Oversee global inventory replenishments and final-mile customer deliveries with logistics partners
- Translate operational details into context-appropriate messaging for frontline teams and senior leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop specialist team members with clear expectations and accountability
- Establish KPIs and leverage data analytics to drive continuous process improvements
- Support quality and regulatory audits ensuring supply chain documentation and discipline
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5+ years leading people and processes
- Experience managing capital equipment shipments across domestic and international markets
- Exceptional communication skills tailored to diverse audiences and organizational levels
- Proficiency with ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, and business intelligence software
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and solve problems in dynamic environments
- Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices or healthcare preferred
