RN - Ambulatory Primary Care Phone Triage- Up to $74.20/ Hour

InterimHealthCare Staffing is seeking Phone Triage Registered Nurses to support an Ambulatory Primary Careclinic. This RN plays a critical role in assisting patients and creating successful outcomes by triaging calls and coordinating patient care.

This role is focused on telephonic patient triage and clinical decision support .

Pay Rate: $63.60 to $74.20 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30a-5p

Location: Minneapolis

• Coordinating patient care including medication refills,home care and durable medical equipment
• Utilizing the EPIC/ OCHIN electrornic medical recordsystem for necessary documentation

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Minnesota
• Prior phone triage, in-person triage, or phone-based nursing experience strongly preferred
• Current BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers (AHA or Red Cross only)
• Experience with the EPIC/OCHIN electronic medical record system
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple calls and priorities
