This includes working closely with the Credit Agents to decipher discrepancies and relay the information to the customer and sales staff in a timely manner.ResponsibilitiesEnter check into AR using System I (AS/400)Research discrepancies in check remittance and notify customer and credit agent with proper paperworkAnswer incoming phone calls and provide information to customers, drivers, and sales personnel as requestedWork in teams monitoring ATM deposits and make application by monitoring and answering an ATM email inboxProcess and enter new credit applications into System IReview special instructions on checks for compliance and note System IInput data into System I regarding different types of AR adjustmentsMonitoring a Credit email InboxCheck scanning to Cash Pro for clerk's individual batchesReview daily term changes and input dataQualificationsHigh School DiplomaExperience in clerical work; Banking and AR experience preferredGood PC skills, Microsoft Office Suite; good organizational skills, good math skillsAbility to problem solve and perform assessment testsCompensation and BenefitsThe starting salary for this role is $20 per hour.
