Role Description The Shift Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in the Memphis Metropolitan Area, responsible for overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts. This role includes leading and coaching team members, ensuring food is prepared to brand standards, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. The Shift Leader monitors order accuracy, speed of service, and guest satisfaction, addressing issues promptly and professionally. Additional responsibilities include managing shift staffing and breaks, assisting with inventory and product rotation, and supporting cash handling and basic reporting. The Shift Leader collaborates with management to uphold company policies, support training efforts, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Pay rate: $14-$15 Full time and part time available Qualifications Experience in food service or retail operations, with the ability to oversee shift activities and support restaurant performance. Leadership and team coordination skills, including coaching, motivating, and providing constructive feedback to team members. Strong customer service and communication abilities to interact professionally with guests and colleagues. Basic knowledge of cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and inventory awareness. Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards and procedures. Ability to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in an on-site environment. Reliable, punctual, and organized, with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
