Position available due to expansion and growth. Joining a well-established (over 15 years) and thriving single‑specialty group with 5 physicians and 3 mid‑level providers. Requirements ACLS BLS Board Certified or Eligible Anesthesiologist or PM&R Residency Training Interventional Pain Medicine Fellowship Required (ACGME) NO CALL Office Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Payor Mix: Commercial, Medicare, Tricare, Workers’ Compensation (no Medicaid) Patient Volume: Varies between surgery center and clinic Compensation: Base plus productivity bonus – Year1: base; Year2: greater of base or productivity; Year3 and beyond: productivity.
