Hiring Real Estate Agents – Providence County, RI Area

HFM Realty is seeking licensed real estate agents to serve Providence County, RI, and the surrounding Rhode Island and Greater Providence communities. We are a down-to-earth real estate group that supports both our agents and clients by providing the best possible service for buyers and sellers.

Job Type:
Full-time / Part-time / Flexible Schedule
Commission-based

Responsibilities:

• Learn and train to generate and convert buyer and seller leads into real estate clients.
• Conduct showings, open houses, listing presentations, and research homes for sale.
• List and market residential properties utilizing MLS (Multiple Listing Service) applications.
• Negotiate contracts, write offers, and manage transactions through closing while communicating with all professionals, clients, and associates involved in a sale.
• Build and maintain real estate leads and a strong client pipeline.
• Establish a recognizable presence in your sales market under the HFM Realty brand.
• Deliver exceptional real estate service to clients.
• Uphold HFM Realty policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Active Rhode Island Real Estate License (required).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
• Business-minded attitude.
• Ability to work independently.
• Desire to build a strong personal brand and local reputation.
• Realtor and MLS memberships preferred.

Compensation:

• Commission-based.
