As we continue to grow, we're looking for team members who are passionate, resourceful, and excited to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Myrinn is seeking a reliable, hands-on Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support our vacation rental operations throughout the greater Sedona area. You'll handle a variety of repairs and upkeep, help resolve guest issues quickly and professionally, and ensure each property remains safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role is ideal for a dependable problem-solver who takes pride in quality work and creating a comfortable experience for every guest.Responsibilities include:Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and the Myrinn teamTroubleshoot and perform minor repairs, including:Plumbing issues (toilet clogs, leaks)Electrical problems (outlets, switches, light fixtures)Basic HVAC troubleshootingAppliance resets and light repairsFurniture and fixture fixesConduct property walk-throughs and report damages or concernsCoordinate with external vendors for larger repair needsMaintain inventory of basic tools and materialsCommunicate clearly and courteously with guests and internal teamsRequired qualifications:Prior maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience is requiredStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyFamiliarity with mobile apps for communication and task trackingReliable transportation and a valid driver's licensePhysically able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders if neededAvailability 20-30 hours a week, including Saturdays and SundaysPreferred (nice to have, but not a requirement):Maintenance experience in hospitality or residential preferredHot tub/pool experience preferredCompensation and benefits:Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 / hour based on experienceBenefits:Paid time off such as PTO, sick days, and vacation daysSchedule: Part-time, 30 hours a week (five 6-hour days)Location: Sedona, AZ
