Our work is all custom-ordered so there is a lot of opportunity for variety and developing skills. About the work: We are currently hiring for our 2nd shift (Monday through Friday 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.). NOTE: Training for this role takes place on 1st shift (Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.). Work both individually and together with team members to complete custom job orders. Use basic hand tools (hammer, knives, wrenches, measuring tapes, T-squares, etc.) and power tools (drills, sanders, grinders) to perform detail work specific to each project. Use measuring tapes and T-squares to mark off specific measurements and either cut or apply adhesives. Operate manual production machinery. Use hammers and other machinery to install simple and complex mechanical fasteners. Requirements: A demonstrated history of successful work experience, preferably in a manufacturing or manual labor environment. A mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn – we are ready to teach you about conveyor belting! Ability to lift at least 50 pounds. Legally eligible for employment in this country. Weekly pay. Starting wage from $20.50-$22.75/hour, plus $1.00/hour 2nd shift premium. Uniform program.
