Senior Tax Associate

We are partnered up with a highly respected and well-known alternative asset management firm based in Connecticut on a Senior Tax Associate search. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in federal corporate tax compliance and provisions, who is looking to take on a broader role within a sophisticated in-house tax function. The Role: Manage and review federal, state, and local tax compliance and reporting Provide technical research and expertise on complex tax matters Prepare and review tax accounting and ASC 740 Partner with external tax advisors and return preparers Develop workpapers and gather financial information for tax reporting Support tax projects and process improvement initiatives Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization and report directly to a Tax Manager on the team What They’re Looking For: 5–8+ years of tax compliance experience Strong partnership/pass-through and corporate tax experience Federal, state & local tax knowledge CPA and/or JD preferred Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams #J-18808-Ljbffr JCW Group
