Nature of Work: A part-time role providing training, support, supervision, and issue resolution for housekeepers, guests, and homeowners, primarily pertaining to housekeeping.

Illustrative Tasks:

• Train field staff on Twiddy & Company housekeeping policies and procedures

• Inspect quality of cleaning

• Meet with homeowners and guests to provide Southern hospitality

• Provide in-person constructive feedback to housekeepers to drive improvements in future performance

• Deliver supplies for housekeepers and customers

Reporting Senior: Housekeeping Supervisor

Schedule and Admin: This position requires a flexible work schedule, with weekends being mandatory. Scheduling is dependent on reservations and current task load, as determined by direct supervisor. Additional weekday working hours may be available.

• Competency on phone and tablet
• Positive and friendly engagement with customers and other staff
• Professional communication and personal presentation
• Flexible and capable of multi-tasking
• Must be able to tolerate prolonged standing, walking over uneven ground, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, lifting, and frequent carrying of items weighing up to 30 lbs
• Duties may involve outdoor environments while being exposed to varying weather conditions
• Some housekeeping chemical use required
