Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide dedicated physical therapy services to patients, promoting recovery and functional improvement. Deliver evidence-based interventions in accordance with physicians' prescriptions and established clinical guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, recordkeeping, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrate excellent patient assessment and clinical skills.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Have prior experience in outpatient or inpatient settings preferred.
• Maintain CPR/BLS certification as required.
