Construction Service Department Manager Ben Hill Renovations Inc. is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Service Department Manager that is ready to join our fast-growing repair department. This position has the potential to make $75,000- $100,000+ based on skills and qualifications. General Description: This position is responsible for managing and growing our residential exterior repair department while meeting budgets and creating BHR Raving Fans. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in exterior renovations. (roof, siding, windows, and carpentry) Valid Driver Licenses with clean driving record for past 5 years Clean Background Willing and able to respond to emergency repair calls at all times, including AM’s, PM’s, weekends, and holidays Must be able and willing to perform manual labor when needed We have an immediate need for a Residential Exterior Renovations Superintendent. This position is responsible for completing renovation projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality work and satisfied customers.
