Description

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs, scope reviews, and cost analysis.
• Develop conceptual, schematic, and final estimates for scopes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Evaluate drawings, specifications, and addenda to identify gaps and risks.
• Participate in preconstruction strategy meetings and proposal development.
• Work closely with operations to ensure estimates align with field realities.
• Support value engineering, bid leveling, and project handoff processes.

You excel at breaking down complex scopes, managing tight timelines, building relationships with subcontractors, and producing polished estimates with minimal supervision.
