Value (Non-Rewards) Credit Card Portfolio - Product Lead, Senior Vice President (Hybrid)

Background & Position Summary: The role will be part of the US Consumer Cards, a market leader in the credit card industry. Key Responsibilities Outline optimal Value customer interactions aligned with the portfolio strategy and implement a robust pipeline of improvements across Value customer touchpoints in partnership with cross‑functional partners (Marketing, Digital, Servicing). Assist with new product development efforts. Manage day‑to‑day operations for the Secured Credit Card portfolio. Lead portfolio compliance with policies and other governance processes. Qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience. Working knowledge of the credit card industry and competitor products/services. Customer‑centric mindset. Ability to quickly identify issues, analyze situations, and develop effective solutions. Comfort with analyzing data, identifying trends and reviewing credit card PnL. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Project management and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
