Remote Technical Support Technician - Dispatch Software

Motorola Solutions

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Flex Support Specialist to provide post‑sales support for the Flex CAD solution across Windows and Linux environments. You will troubleshoot, install, configure, and maintain end-user devices and software, with on‑call rotation and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk/ServiceNow/Jira), remote support, scripting, and cloud platforms is valued. Relocation and benefits are offered for this Springfield, IL role.
