Schedule:Monday – Friday8:00 AM – 4:30 PMPosition Summary:The Seamstress is responsible for sewing, assembling, altering, and repairing garments and textile products using industrial sewing machines. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow production specifications, and experience working with a variety of sewing equipment.Key Responsibilities:Operate industrial sewing machines, including:Single-needleDouble- needleSergerWalking foot machinesAssemble and repair garments and textile products according to production specificationsRead and interpret work orders, patterns, and sewing instructionsPerform hemming, stitching, binding, and finishing operationsMeasure, cut, and prepare fabrics according to production requirementsReplace thread, needles, and perform basic machine adjustments as neededInspect finished products to ensure quality standards are metMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaMeet daily production goals while maintaining quality workmanshipFollow all company safety and quality procedures
