Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the service department.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately diagnose automotive issues.
• Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs.
• Coordinate service appointments and communicate with customers throughout the service process.
• Generate service estimates and obtain necessary approvals from customers.
• Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of automotive service and repair procedures.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in computer systems and automotive service software.

$100,000 - $140,000 a year Salary dependent on experience and performance.
