Human Resources Intern

The TOPPAN internship program is designed to give you experience working in the manufacturing and packaging industry. You will spend your time working in a specific division on impactful projects, gaining an understanding of TOPPAN’s culture and processes, and developing a business mindset. This program is a blend of hands‑on experiences and opportunities and can serve as a step toward future roles such as the Emerging Leaders Program. Location: Charlotte, NC (South End Area) – 100% onsite. Responsibilities Assist with day‑to‑day operations and administrative tasks. Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing projects. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new strategies. Participate in meetings and provide input on project progress. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Learn about the company’s HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR‑related matters to respond to internal staff inquiries. Work with Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition teams. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in HR or previous internship experience. Currently enrolled or have completed a Human Resources Management program. Demonstrated leadership and decision‑making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem‑solving and project management experience. Learning agility and effective interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively with groups. Adaptability and follow‑through. Attention to detail, analytical skills, and self‑motivation. Flexible thinking approach.
